Qatari Diar Egypt is one of the most well-known real estate developers in Egypt. Also, its name has been very prominent lately after its most recent project and the signing of the Alam El Roum Deal with the Egyptian Government. The Qatari Diar Egypt is the real estate arm of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA). The company was established in 2005 by the authority to support the Qatari economy through funding investments in real estate projects in various countries. In 2023, under the leadership of Sheikh Hamad bin Talal Al-Thani, the CEO of Qatar Diar, the company has developed projects in more than 18 countries.
